I just watched the silent drill video you have of the Marines at the top. Wow!! I have always loved and appreciated the Marines more than any other armed force for a couple of reasons. First my dad and my brother were Marines. Second because I have always thought them to be the sharpest looking and most disciplined of all the armed forces. Thank you for putting that on your page. I enjoyed watching it and it gave me goosebumps as I watched it. I just love the Marines...did I already say that?
I appreciate the Army too because my father-in-law is retired army and I have a brother-in-law who is presently serving as major and is in Iraq. My sister-in-law (his wife) was in the army and got out as a captain three years ago so she could start having children. So I appreciate the Army too...but the Marines will always be special to me!!
Thank you so much. They will always be special to me as well because I spent 4 years and 7 months in the Marine Corps infantry. It was a bittersweet time as I had to deploy quite often and eventually ended up in the invation of Iraq spearheading the attack on Baghdad, but God used this time to introduce me to my wife, turn me into a Baptist, and strengthen my faith in Him. Your Dad, Brother, and in-laws should all be commended for their service. Please pass on my thanks!
I will do that Bro. David. Thank you for your time you sacrificed to serve our country. What a blessing that you met your wife and converted to the Baptist teachings (which I believe live and believe closest to what the KJB teaches). Afterall...the disciple whom Jesus loved was Baptist. So I can't help but think that Jesus was Baptist as well. Not that other people who aren't are going to Hell...some are going to go to Heaven...they just don't believe like the Bible teaches. But that is a whole other post for another time. May God bless you Brother David!!!
